Chris and Heidi would like to offer you a warm welcome to their elegant and grand yet homely Victorian house, called Penrose B&B, located in the picturesque and historic town of Lostwithiel. Be prepared to be spoilt when you book into Penrose B&B as Chris & Heidi pride themselves on hospitality and the kind of finishing touches that make a visit memorable.


Our accommodation comprises of a range of double/twin/family ensuite rooms, two of which are on the ground floor and can become a family suite of rooms with a kitchen. All the bedrooms have TV, Freeview, DVD/CD player, hairdryer, bathrobes, extensive beverage tray, bottled mineral water and toiletries. The ensuites have electric showers plus fresh towels, shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. Breakfast is full cooked plus as much cereal, toast, orange juice, fruit, tea & coffee as you want.

Penrose is also the perfect base to explore the south and north coasts of Cornwall. This has to include the Eden Project, Lanhydrock House & Gardens, local beaches and fishing & sailing.

We also offer free Wifi and internet access, plus fax facilities.

There are lots of amenities close by, including local pubs, restaurants & takeaways, all within a short walk from Penrose B&B. Locally there are coastal walks, cycling, golf courses, gardens, fishing, sailing and of course The Eden Project. Lostwithiel itself has many antique shops, tea shops, restaurants, church, golf course, castle, river, parks, boats, museum and train station.
