Cotswold cottage is a lovingly restored 1920s gentelmans house set in beautiful peaceful landscaped gardens with sea views from the Firth of Thames ,Kauaeranga River to the Pinnacle's mountains and Coromandel ranges national park."Being Just 3 minutes from the colonial and historic town of Thames and only 1 hour from Auckland Airport we make a ideal place to stop off on you way from The Bay Of Islands or Rotorua, a great base to tour all the Coromandel from and a wonderful 1st and last night stop before flighing from Auckaland. Pictures just can't do justice to the expansive views but all our guests on arrival agree it is breathtaking.
Cotswold Cottage Thames is in the perfect location from which to explore the stunning and varied scenery of the Coromandel Peninsula including the magical Cathedral Cove, setting for the entrance to Narnia in the film "The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian". Enjoy a complimentary drink on arrival and the chance to chat with us and find out more about the area you are staying in.

Cotswold Cottage is just minutes from the Pinnacles walking tracks Kauri walks , fabulous beaches and 5 minutes from the historical gold mining township of Thames. Cotswold Cottage is the perfect place to stay while you explore all the Coromandel Peninsular has to offer,stunning scenery,spectacular coastline,history,beaches,fantastic sea and native bird life plus its diverse arts and crafts.
Delicious gourmet breakfasts inc and evening meals by arrangement are served overlooking the Hauraki Gulf and Kauranga riiver. Honest advice on local attractions and amenities from hosts that will go that extra mile to make you stay as care free as possible
