The Kemps Guest House
 
The Kemps B & B offers excellent bed and breakfast accommodation in Inverness centre. We are a short walk from the River Ness and the Caledonian Canal, and we are ideally situated as a holiday base for touring the Highlands of Scotland.

We have 4 comfortable and tastefully decorated ground floor bedrooms as follows:
One Double (en suite) for 2 persons
One Twin (en suite) for 2 persons
One Single (en suite) for one person
One Single (private bath/shower) for one person
All bedrooms are centrally heated and have colour TV, hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities.

We are a Scottish Tourist Board 3 Star Bed and Breakfast.
