Wodehouse Bed and Breakfast is a tranquil haven situated within a secure equestrian estate in Randjesfontein, Midrand on 2 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Wodehouse Bed & Breakfast is centrally situated to Sandton, Fourways, Centurion and Pretoria with easy access to highways and main roads.

Wodehouse has attractive water features within tranquil surroundings with abundant bird life. The guest house is separate from the main house, with its own entrances and guest lounge (heated in winter) and a balcony overlooking a large beautifully landscaped garden.

ACCOMMODATION
We have six large comfortably appointed en-suite bedrooms equipped with DSTV, tea and coffee making facilities, panel heaters, electric blankets and heated bathrooms. Luxury rooms are air-conditioned and have DVD players. Each room sleeps a maximum of two persons save where the third person is an infant. (Number of Rooms: 6 double bed or twin bed rooms).

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in the main dining room. Breakfast is normally served between 06hoo and 08h00 on weekdays and between 08h00 and 10h00 during weekends.

LOCATION
Within easy access to Gallagher Estate, Corporate Park, Sandton, Fourways, Randburg and Pretoria.
20 minutes from OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg International Airport).
10 minutes from Grand Central Airport.
20 minutes from Lanseria Airport.
Easy access to all highways N3/N1 (Johannesburg - Pretoria), R21 (Pretoria - Kempton Park) and R56 Pretoria - Krugersdorp).
Close to good restaurants.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED
Kindly pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount payable within 48 hours of receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance is payable 14 days before the date of arrival or by arrangement in exceptional circumstances. Please note that we cannot guarantee a booking where a deposit has not been paid, or where a redeemable voucher has not been received.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As Wodehouse does not overbook, forfeit as a percentage of the total costs will be effected on cancellations in accordance with the following:
• 0 - 7 days before the date of arrival, 100%
• 8 - 14 days before the date of arrival, 75%
• 15 - 21 days before the date of arrival, 50%
• 22 - 30 days before the date of arrival, 25%
• 31+ days before the date of arrival, 0%
Cancellations in excess of 30 days prior may incur a maximum 5% administration fee to cover banking and processing charges.
