Lucky Break Backpackers
 
Beautiful large old farm style house situated on 64 hectors of land. A tranquil, homely environment surrounded by the beauty of nature. Lucky Break Backpackers is situated in the awe-inspiring Harkerville Forests we offer reasonable, clean and comfortable accommodation. The serene surroundings allow you to chill out in a hammock or tree chair while feeling the closeness of nature, if you are lucky you may even spot the resident eagle.

Dormitory Accommodation: The Dormitory is upstairs on the top floor and has eight beds each with their own bedside table, all beds have fitted sheets and duvets. It is a large room which opens out onto a large balcony with an amazing view of the forest. It has a shared bathroom area which has bath and shower.

Double Rooms: The Lucky Break Backpackers has five double rooms for guests who require a little more privacy, the double rooms have two single beds, with fitted sheets and duvets as well as bedside tables. The double rooms are lockable for security purposes.

We have a dam with bas fish situated at the foot end of the garden.

Plettenberg Bay and the surrounding areas offer a host of exiting action adventures and activities, these include beach horse rides, forest trails, snorkeling, scuba diving, whale and dolphin watching cruises, sea kyaking, deep sea fishing, coastal as well as river fishing, bungee jumping, sky diving, tree top canopy tours, helicopter flips and many more. There are also day trips to The Robberg Nature Reserve, The Monkeyland Primate Sanctuary, Birds of Eden, The Elephant Park, The Arts and Crafts Route, The Tsitsikamma Rain Forest Nature Reserve, Natures Valley Nature Reserve, The Knysna Estuary and many more. As well as several Championship golf courses in close proximity.
