This property exudes a charming, warming glow in all directions. Situated on an incline, the villa appears to ascend in a gradual fashion and is designed in such a way as to be well-incorporated into its natural surroundings. A steep flight of marble stairs ( alongside the road-level two-car garage) provides the more strenuous alternative to accessing the homes entrance. A leisurely trip in the gliding funicular offers one a more leg-friendly option to the to the very high, main entrance. Stopping half-way to the top of the stairs, one may exit the furnicular and step onto the private patio which wraps itself around the front entrance of the guest-apartment. The apartment is structured exceedingly well in that it lies directly beneath the main area of the villa, there-bye creating an environment which is secluded and separated from the bustle and activity of the upper area. The apartment s patio extends itself enough to include a pretty collection of outdoor lounge furniture with soft, cushioned seating. The view is of the promenade and the restaurant section of the strip, as well as of the palm-lined beach and the vast expanse of ocean. The full revolution of the the view encompasses the line of grand, mountain peaks as they wrap themselves around the coast and hide the view of Landudno Beach. Inside, the apartment includes a living area with ample seating provided by the lounge furniture. The living room includes a large TV, DVD player, satellite decoder and a separate alarm system. The aesthetic elements in the space consist of warm rusts, burnt oranges, gold, bronze, deep reds and wood. Amongst the scattered collection of authentic Persian kelims, the space incorporates the open-plan kitchen ( finished in marbled Granite and wood ) with the entire assortment of relative appliances and equipment and an informal dining-table with six chairs. A bedroom features a double bed with side cabinets and wardrobe and shelf space. The en-suitr bathroom is fitted with vanities, toilet and a shower.

The main villa s space is sunny and open. A large entertainment patio provides gorgeous birds-eye views due to its high, elevated location. The view is of the entire Camps Bay Beach, the mountain range, and the ocean in its vast stretch of glassy-blue. The swimming pool is heated and is in close proximity to the outdoor lounge-suite and so offers an environment in which to simultaneously dine, swim and sip on cocktails. The outdoor furniture includes the aforementioned comfy, cushioned lounge-suite; a collection of sun-bathing recliners and an outdoor dining table and chairs. The space also features a fully-equipped gas-barbecue facility. The interior living room opens up entirely to connect itself the the patio via glass, sliding doors. The villa s entrance alcove combines potted palm-fronds with an assortment of exquisite and original relief-on-canvas artworks. A guest-cloakroom lies to the left and the right opens up into a vast expanse of an incorporated living space which includes lounge, dining room and kitchen. The lounge is filled with rustic accents and earthy tones. Here, rust-red, terracotta-hues, fire-orange, wood and flecks of gold reign. Low-slung leather chairs face the large TV cabinet which also houses the full entertainment system i.e. , DVD player, satellite and music system with surround-suond. A large,gas-lit fireplace frames the lounge space. The entire home is tiled with original marble and has under-floor heating throughout. The dining area consists of a round wooden table and may sit eight people. The kitchen is slightly elevated from the level of the lounge and is open-planned. It includes a fre-facing counter-top which is easily transformed into a bar area, complete with a row of bar stools.
