40 Winks is situated in the beautiful town of Somerset West (Cape Town East) away from the hustle and bustle of city life, an ideal place to stay while exploring the Western Cape and enjoy the many attractions that will make your stay and interesting and enjoyable one.

DOLPHIN AND GUINEA FOWL COTTAGE:
We offer one bedroom en-suite garden cottages with open plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchenettes. East cottage sleeps four which is ideal for 2 adults in the main room and 2 children or 3 and th adult in the lounge area.

THE BIRDS NEST - BEDSITTER EN-SUITE (STUDIO FLAT)
One large furnished bedroom room with entrance, cooking facilities and bathroom. Sleeps 2. Attached to the main house.
Has it's own entrance.

All our accommodation offers:-
To start your day you may decide to make your own breakfast or order a pre-packed breakfast. You may also order Home cooked evening meals and picnic packs by prior arrangement or have a bbq around the pool.

Secure off street under cover parking, own entrance, swimming pool and bbq (braai) area.
